Your Role: No-Code Systems Consultant
Should you join us, your mission will be to spearhead and implement cutting-edge no-code/project management systems for our clientele, enhancing their operational efficiency and workflow. We take pride in our proficiency with an array of no-code solutions, including:
- Project/Work Management: Asana, ClickUp, Hive, Monday.com
- Relational Database: Airtable, SmartSuite
- Portals: Softr, Noloco
- Integration/Automation: Zapier, Make
Being certified and/or partnered with most of these tools positions us to deliver tailored software solutions that meticulously address our clients’ diverse requirements.
Compensation is determined by level of expertise and falls within the range of $40 to $65 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting live consulting sessions employing the SMV method.
- Performing backend implementation tasks.
- Offering post-implementation client support, which includes troubleshooting and addressing technical issues.
- Designing custom no-code training materials and tutorials.
- Generating engaging content for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success with no-code system implementations from inception to completion.
- Command over at least 2 tools listed above.
- Insight into tasks, subtasks, and records within no-code environments.
- Skilled in crafting customized views, dashboards, and charts.
- Proficient in automation process design and application within no-code frameworks, alongside third-party integration via Zapier and Make.com.
- Adept at translating SOPs or client discussions into effective PM/work management workflows.
- 2-4 years as a freelancer or contractor supporting business operation needs.
- A passionate admirer of no-code technology, eager to deepen your expertise.
- Residing in the US and available during American business hours, with some flexibility for night and weekend work.
- Strong client communication skills, with prior direct client engagement experience.
- Curious learner, deadline-driven, with sterling time management capabilities.
- Independent, resourceful problem solver.
